STAFF

We recruit experienced people who are trained and dedicated to delivering the level of service expected by our customers. All staff are trained in safety, best practice, and have full knowledge of the product we supply. We strive to ensure we can meet all customer enquiries.

SALES SUPPORT

Bodkin’s experienced Sales team offer a comprehensive coverage of Irish retail Pharmacy, calling to all accounts nationally on an eight week cycle. The Sales team receive ongoing product updates and information training. They are expected to contribute to the focus of company direction, and help to determine how best the customer needs are met. They are actively involved in customer training, customer care, and sales development methodology.
